Regulations and Enforcement Division

The modern man is more than familiar with organizations.

Companies and Governments.

They have different goals and structures, and seem to be easily distinguishable. an organization that creates rules for the benefits of the people living under it, a government. An organization that provides benefits for the people that work for it to benefit a group of people in control of it more, a company. In the world you are familiar with, a company alone can never be more powerful than a nation. Companies are capable of influencing nations behind the curtains, but what if a company wished to distort the line between companies and governments?

A corporation in the EVIS universe. Its early leadership laid the foundation for what would in the future become a near omnipotent entity stretching from the depths of the oceans into the corners of outer space. Using the classic carrot and stick strategy, it used its bioengineering prowess to sway top levels of governments throughout the world, creating nations led by immortals. The other side of the coin, it created ruined nations where the top leadership have been completely wiped out in accidents, terrorist attacks, or even with the fusion of atoms. An argument can be made that is a more efficient government, with coordination so efficient it allowed company negotiators to be on the soil of a capital just turned radioactive wasteland the day before. Compared to the nations that it threatens, the company is not interested in land, religiously following the core tenets of The Founder’s Philosophy, It exerts its dominance in the manufacturing, logistics, weapons, health, pharmaceutical, space, aerospace, finance, maritime, transportation, food, and technology industry instead from massive vehicles. The inhabitants of these vehicles often tend to lack a nationality, to these tenants, a nationality is unnecessary, and they are not necessarily wrong, a person within the company can live very comfortably without ever interacting with a single element outside of the company, one could even say that the standard of living of someone that is fully integrated within the company is orders of magnitude better than those outside. In fact, most would agree that being a registered employee of the organization is much more desirable than being a citizen of any nation.

Of course, the company didn’t start this way. Originally founded as a design company, it simply existed. However, what grew the company was not its excellent designs, but rather the philosophies of The Founder. Those that joined the company lacked skills in design, but had much more talent in other areas. The Founder, realizing the potential of their talent, began to expand the company. The simple design company grew a manufacturing branch, then a research branch, and so on. Within 20 years of the companies creation, what is arguably the turning point for the company took place. In December of the year 223 A.A., the KRIR Biomedical Technology Research and Manufacturing Company (BTRMC) was created, led by one of The Founder’s first followers, Dr. Elizabeth Steele. Under Steele’s leadership, within 5 years of the creation of the company and utilizing the resources of the KRIR group, the BTRMC held 20% of the total biomedical market capitalization. The key product that propelled the BTRMC to this level was the False God series of products which increased lifespans indefinitely, but did not completely stop physical aging.

The Executive Committee are responsible for company direction and issues Group Directives every 2 years under ordinary circumstances. Group Directives carries the highest authority of all group orders, with significant disciplinary consequences given to those that operate against Group Directives. The process of selecting the executive committee is not public, with the official reason being company secrets. However, it is public knowledge that the oversight companies has an effect on the process.

Responsible for the deployment and logistics of armed troops, corporate security, and enforces basic adherence to company guidelines, along with protecting other company divisions’ interests. Occasionally acts as a mercenary force for entities that have goal with a beneficial result to the main group. This division is recognized to have been established in the year 232 A.A., with the creation of the KRIR Security and Protection Company (SPC), which handled a number of “Emergency Quick Response Teams” which can be called the precursor to the “Subjugation Sections” established in 400 A.A. Although the creation of the SPC was the start of the KRIR group’s venture into the military sector. The greatest step in the creation of the modern Regulation and Enforcement Division must be attributed to the simultaneous creation of the crudely named KRIR Mercenary Corp. and the KRIR Small Arms Manufacturing Company (SAMC).

Heavy Industries Division

Responsible for the construction of armored vehicles, ships, spacecrafts, aircrafts. Super-weapon projects are joint ventures between the Heavy Industry Division and the Weapons R&D Division. All executive district projects are classified as super-weapon projects. Civilian vehicles are also handled by Heavy Industry subsidies, with the majority of luxury vehicles and heavy vehicles produced by the subsidiary companies.

Weapons R&D Division

Responsible for the research and development of new weapon technology, along with their integration within the various divisions. The acknowledged head of this division is the KRIR Center for Advanced Weapons Research and Development (C. A. W. R. D.), which spearheads theoretical research and assigns projects with promising results to subsidiaries. It is a division with few inter-division rivalries due to being responsible for the cutting-edge weapons of other divisions. The other divisions tends to have a particular fondness for the Weapons R&D Division.

Logistics Division

Responsible for ensuring the logistical success of the other divisions, the logistical division can be described as the backbone of the group. Simple yet effective and necessary, the Logistics division will make sure every shipment is on time, with not a single loss. They are mainly for internal logistics; however, occasionally high value customers are able to request the group for usage of the Logistics Division.
